I went there in dec 2022 should have written this review earlier. The hotel seems to be over price. The staff has lot of attitude the bathroom is not cleaned properly one can see stains in commode. They don't inform their terms and conditions in advance while doing the booking. I booked 3 nights and 4 days stay there and it was during new year time. So for 31st Dec they charged me 3,500 per person extra mentioning that there is New Year party and its compulsory to pay they took entire amount for 3 nights stay including new year party charge upfront at the time of arrival. While the food was good on that day however for the rest of the days it was average.

Food was so bad and staff behaviour and attitude was horrible…we have booked 6 rooms for 6 couples and our experience was too bad we have booked this hotel by viewing photos on internet location was good but all other things and experience was too bad

Plz avoid this hotel asap as i just checked on 24-10-20 and checked out on 26-10-20 and it was a horrible experience with the amount what they are charging is so high and not upto the mark ...the food quality was so poor and was a complete third class .... And coming to hygiene the rooms were so dirty that they served us by dirty bedsheet and eventhough after complaning They didnt changed the bedsheet and they charged us 1500 rupees for the bad bed sheet which was provided by them after complaning so many times And plz be aware of the guy name called rakesh which handels front office .. Plz avoid the hotel as it has no standards No hygiene no speaking manners and very pathetic
