Poor Hygiene Hotel Dirty Bedsheets, No sleepers provided, No water bottles provided initially in the room, Claustrophobic rooms No tea coffee material in the room. No windows in the room. No phone in the room for any assistance. Overall a Claustrophobic and poor stay , Find some other hotel in vicnity in 3000 rupees

Pathetic experience at Sugan niwas, we stayed on 14th December via agoda. Photod on agoda have nothing to do with reality, moulds on wall, stinking blanket, geyser not working. No tea set, no kettle provided. No television, old furniture's. Waste of money and horrible experience.

Worst experience, wasted money, taps in the bathrooms were broken, we styed 2 night and hot water tap did not work atball, air condition temperature was fixed on 23 we couldn't lower it. Asked for extra blanket for kid it took 2 hours and constant follow up to get it. That was also was torn one they gave. Asked for door mat to put outside the bathroom as the floor was slippery and kids might fall. They gave a bath towel on second day night after asking for constantly. That too 11pm security guy showing up on my room door. There were no toiletries, handwash that was also used one. Bedsheets looks old and used.
