​Good Service, Neglected Property ​Shoutout to Vikas and Chef Vinod in the restaurant—their warm, cordial, and attentive service was a true highlight! ​Unfortunately, the resort itself suffers from serious neglect. Our rooms had damp peeling walls, chipped wooden doors, dusty paintings, and visible cobwebs. On top of that, the dining area light fixtures were covered in grime and chair cushions were stained. ​The good service from Vikas and Chef Vinod was the saving grace. Management urgently needs to address these basic hygiene and maintenance issues

Highly Disappointing Service – Terrible Staff Behavior at a Luxury Resort This was my 7th visit to the Tree of Life, but unfortunately, it will be my last. While the rooms were clean and well-maintained as always, the staff behavior this time was absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star property. We were traveling with a 15-month-old toddler. The restaurant staff actually questioned us, asking why the baby was eating so frequently and stating that food would only be provided three times a day. Anyone with a toddler knows that at this age, kids eat small portions every 3–4 hours. We paid ₹25k for 3 rooms, and complimentary basic baby food is a standard norm across 5-star properties, even if the quantity is small. Expecting a 15-month-old to stick to a strict 3-meal schedule is ridiculous and highly insensitive. To make matters worse, during breakfast, a staff member rudely questioned our seating choice, telling us not to sit at a different table and saying, "Don't make multiple tables dirty." This is incredibly unprofessional language to use with guests paying premium rates. Additionally, our check-in was delayed by 30 to 40 minutes, and we were only given access to our villa around 2:40 PM. It is deeply disappointing to feel this uncomfortable at a property I have patronized so many times. The property itself is beautiful, but the hospitality and restaurant staff completely ruined the experience. I will not be returning.
