DHOLU MARU.

Stayed here in Feb 2017, and was a terrible experience. From outside looks good, but room, bathroom are shabby, poor maintenance, water taps did not work, were provided hot water in bucket, food was not that bad, but service not good enough. It was the worst experience that we had in our entire Rajasthan trip.

We visited in November-2016 in group tour. Out look of Hotel is very good. But, service to be improved by Hotel Management, like Inter com facility & room service. We got room at last and there is no intercom facility. so for every matter, we have to walk and go to reception counter. No room service available. WE have to ask for Towel, Bucket, TV remote, AC remote every thing.

I was with my family trip of Rajasthan Region. We stayed at Hotel Dholamaru at Jaisalmer. Hotel Jaisalmer is good property in huge area. This place is beautiful but due to lack of proper maintenance it can not attract tourist eye to stay over here. Staff is also reluctant to help. In any case - If you don't find a place of your choice then only go to this hotel keeping in mind that you have to consistently hammer hotel people for facilities you require. If hotel management read this review and take the same in positive spirit and initiate actions towards, cleanness, maintenance, and small renovation work where required this property can fetch very good name .
