Tiger Den Resort

We had a wonderful stay . Beautiful pool & setting. The staff at Tiger Den were so helpful. Patrick the hotel manager was brilliant & organised everything for us to make for a very memorable stay. A highlight of our tour & seeing 4 tigers made it even more special .

Good location, very basic. Needs a good deep clean and the rooms need painting / updating. Staff very pleasant. Food selection was very basic and didn’t really include any western food. Sometimes you do not want spicy food all the time. If you are going on the safari make sure you take some warm clothes as it is cold at 5.30 in the morning.

Two night stay as part of a group tour. Miserable male member of staff at check-in. Three large Alsatian dogs roaming around grounds unattended. The first room we were given smelt very strongly of smoke so requested a change of room. The next room had two single beds pushed together and not a double. Decor and furniture and fittings very tired and dated. Whole room in need of upgrading. Bathroom dirty and extremely poor. Towels thin, grey and hard. Pillows like a brick they were so hard. No TV. Dirty plastic bins.tea and coffee not replenished. Lunch unavailable on day 2. Staff in restaurant friendly and efficient. Food ok but lack of choice. Nice grounds.
