Hotel Manickam Grand

This is worst experience I have ever had.. they're charging 120 for a fried rice and adding only one egg a little quantity of chicken That's really not acceptable as per the price and service they should give minimum quantity of thing's I am not from Chennai but I love chennai and south india this is the first bad experience I have..not recommended 🙏

We required a room for just a few hours before taking a flight from Chennai, We booked this place from an outlet at Chennai Airport and was advised that it was "only 2 star, but very comfortable, good quality and would provide transport back to the airport when required". When we arrived, the man at reception took a while to understand that we had booked and paid for the room. When we got to the room, a filthy towel was outside the bathroom, the decor was dowdy and there was no soap or toilet paper. When we were leaving, the car which was booked had not been organised and when it was, we were told that we had to pay. The charge was double the standard fare from the airport. The one thing which did work well was WIFI.

Since i dont find a negative star rating im giving 1 star. The staff at the reception was so rude and he didn't respect the guests and treated like as if we are staying free of cost. I had to cancel the booking and look for another hotel. worst hotel ive ever visited
