Hyatt Regency

This is the second time we are staying here, almost all staffs are courteous and friendly... We have few suggestions ** Looking better service from receptionist, can be more friendly and welcoming **During booking time guests to be alerted that spa to be pre-booked as we didn't find a slot during our stay and which was a main requirement for us this time ** Being a 5 star property expected a better arrangements for swimming pool or an additional pool for insiders, it's full with kids who comes from outside for the classes. We had to wait and then go to pool after 6 pm evening.

Lovely hotel with typically attentive and welcoming staff. Gym facilities great Children’s swimming lessons make the weekend pool area less relaxing

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good, especially the masala dosa and they have excellent bacon too. The Chinese restaurant onsite was delicious. The service and drinks at the lounge were good but the food was mixed, some good some not. Overall it is a good choice for a business hotel in Chennai.
