Kences Inn Hotel

First this is not a hotel its staff quarters for people in 10 downing Street pub nearby that has a AC and tv ....the staff think the paying customers are their slaves and they can charge what they want and give a service that even they themselves as customers might not accept ....what else to say the cleanliness and hygiene is as expected (pathetic) ....go there if you feel you want to be treated like their hotel staff for a day or two and experience the fun

Location is near to market area and visa consulates. But Hotel staff is extremely impolite, unprofessional and irresponsible. Just because I got the room at a low price, staff was acting all weird, annoying and kept stating "sir, your room price is too low" Even Refused to share wifi password barely an hour before check in, citing hotel policies.  Overall, Have had a very bad experience. Bottom line : Location is good enough but expect the worst hospitality and service

Absolutely pathetic hotel. Lurking with drunkards & anti social elements in every corner of the hotel premises. The receptionist is totally rude & thinks he is doing a favour to paying customers by giving room. No water most of the time, leaky taps whenever water gets opened. Toilet flush dysfunctional. Room stinks of cigarette. Attached to a bar with drunkards loitering around from 12 noon to midnight. Not a suitable place for family & kids. Oyo has much better options in same T nagar area which is far better. Best to avoid this hotel.
