The behavior of the female staff, particularly some of the managers, was highly disappointing. Professionalism, courtesy, and respect are fundamental expectations and they are lacking here.
Clients deserve to be treated with attentiveness. I have had a bad experience with one of the female managers in the hotel (sitting in the room adjacent to the woman's washroom) as she failed to provide the required information. She was literally sitting with a careless attitude when approached for information.
I dont know why there is so much of bad attitude shown towards the customers. She should learn to respect people, and its high time the management teaches your employees
This is really disappointing. The courtesy and professionalism is zero.
