Residency Towers

The AC in the first checked in room was not functioning ( similar experience in Nov 2025 , had to change room twice then) and when escalated was immediately offered a Club Room at a higher floor which was more comfortable tho it was slightly a smaller room . Both the times, Bell Desk Staff Ananth really was very very helpful in providing immediate support and assistance, he was also always willing to provide assistance throughout our 7 days stay here whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was also good with menus changing everyday . Special mention to the housekeeping staff at 18th floor that was attentive to requests.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staffs are very friendly and humble. Mr. Krishna from housekeeping provided utmost excellent service with a humble gesture. Honest staff as well based on my experience here in this hotel.

The service was very good, the bell service from Mr Amanda bell boy gave an excellent service . Mr Anthony from the team was also excellent in his service .
