Royal Court Madurai

I went to this hotel on 20 November. Booked 2 Double deluxe rooms. They gave me 2 large rooms, newly built. Absolutely clean and fresh feel. Room number 111 and 210. Very large rooms, one changing room attached. Service is nice, limited options though in the restaurant. It is a problem with whole Madurai not just this place. But whatever was there was tasty. It is close to Meenakshi temple and even more close to Railway station. No complaint what so ever. Very good.

Very old style hotel.we have to lock hotel with help of key.it's nearby temple. Staff is not attend tourist.they just ignored tourist We had ordered snacks in evening,the person who took order.he disappeared for 20 mins and after tht he came. Food quality is very poor. Hot water is available between 5am to 10 am Small insects are in bathroom . Morning breakfast items finished almost at 8.30.when we asked they are giving vada and tht was very cold. Staff having very lethargic attitude

I had a good stay at the hotel, though I made an early check-in at around 6:00. AM; the room staff extended their courtesy to offer me a temporary room to freshen up for the temple plan outside. The room was clean, and the room was tiny and compact for two travelers. I had a very complete and peaceful trip. The location was near the bus stand and the railway station.
