Stayed for 5 days First day the room was very noisy with the kitchen work Offloading of materials etc We had to shift to another room This was comfortable Very less charging points The restaurant staff think they r giving us free food We can't understand tamil names of many dishes They don't care to tell a few words about it Complimentary breakfast is a waste Idli is sour undercooked Vada was not hot And restaurant is poor lit in the morning They swich off some lights and it becomes dark No ventilation Reception staff are good Laundry service very good

Excellent location, customer service. 313 was an amazing room with a hand shower, good water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and air conditioning were perfect. Room service was great! Sufficient parking is available and directly opposite the movie theatre. Front desk m'am was courteas called to confirm the silver bracelet was misplaced in the room! My sincere thanks, and continue with your excellent customer service. 2 kms from the old port beach.

The property is in a dilapidated state and is enjoying patronage only because of the overall shortage of rooms in Pondicherry. Rooms are Mosquito-infested. Floors and fittings are terrible and never give any sense of being in a clean setup. Customer service mentality is alien to it’s aging staff, and all they care about (to the point of being aggressive) is the tips on anything they are required to do.
