Ace Residency

Worst and dirty place I was booked here by SpiceJet, and honestly, I regret accepting this arrangement room condition was disgusting dust everywhere, a foul smell, rusty taps, dirty washroom and broken doors. Basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. Linen was dirty, stained, and clearly not changed before providing it to the next arrival. Despite repeatedly requesting fresh linen for over two hours, there was no proper response or action taken. completely lack of professionalism and concern for guests. This place does not feel safe, hygienic, or suitable for guests. There is a serious concern regarding cleanliness, service standards, and even basic privacy and security.

I stayed here with my friends for a couple of days . Taking about the hotel it was fine.. With clean washrooms and maintained rooms. Anything which is negative in this hotel is that it is located at an umprime location of Mumbai, so you have to travel a long distance to reach the tourist places.

the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful . but the rooms are not upto the mark .bathroom needs renovation as early as possible . if looking for budget friendly hotel this place is good . food is not good . good location and is easy for metro station.
