Hotel Host Inn International Mumbai

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay at this hotel. While I was inside my room with my partner, a member of the hotel staff entered the room without knocking or informing us first. This was a serious violation of our privacy and made the situation extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable. As a paying guest, I expect basic professionalism and respect for personal space. Entering an occupied room without permission is unacceptable and shows poor staff training and management. I strongly suggest the hotel management improve their staff protocols and ensure that employees always knock and wait for permission before entering a guest’s room. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously so that other guests do not have to face the same situation.
