Silver Inn

Very disappointing experience at Silver Inn Hotel, Mumbai. We had booked a twin room, but they allotted us a one-bed room instead, which was very inconvenient. The bed sheets and blankets were dirty and looked already used. It seemed like they don’t properly change the bedding after guests check out, which is highly unhygienic. When we raised the issue, the staff argued with us instead of helping.. Poor service, bad management, and lack of cleanliness. Definitely not recommended. You will find much better options than this place...

BEST HOTEL NEAR AIRPORT We had booked the hotel room for my Uncle who had visited Mumbai from Bangalore on a business trip. It was his first time to Mumbai. I visited the hotel for booking it and saw the rooms are perfect, hotel is very close to the Airport (International & Domestic) I had booked for 3 nights 3rd to 6th Dec, they have tasty food, good ambience and multicuisine restraunt. Staff is very helpful and well organized and always asking how may I help you. Hotel is just great and staff makes you feel welcomed. Good job Silver Inn Team 👍

Stayed in this hotel as i came for a week for my friends wedding. Everything was excellent and was really a memorable stay in Mumbai in this hotel. The food, the staff and their service is extremely good and worth it. Will surely visit again on my next visit again back in Mumbai.
