From the moment we arrived, The Oberoi, Nariman Point set a standard of hospitality that few hotels can match. The staff greeted us by name within minutes of check-in, a small touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room overlooked the Arabian Sea, and the sunset views alone were worth the stay. But what truly stood out was the attentiveness of the team. When we mentioned it was our anniversary in passing, we returned to our room that evening to find a thoughtful surprise waiting, no fanfare, just quiet, gracious care. Dining was exceptional across the board. Breakfast at Threesixty° was fresh and beautifully presented, and the staff remembered our preferences by the second morning.
