I had a three week stay at this hotel . Pros : the staff are quite pleasant and well trained .Cons : Rooms ( at least the Room I stayed in) has no view and in fact I could not draw the curtains since it’s directly facing the balcony of an adjacent apartment ! The breakfast buffet while offering options starter getting repetitive after the first week and the quality of food was nothing to write home about. For the overall quality of stay I would not say that this place offers value for money. Will I consider staying here again ? Yes, maybe if it’s a really short weekend stay but not for an extended period like I did last month

I left my iPad behind. Their staff called me on my way to the airport. Making sure I don’t miss my flight, they sent staff to where I was waiting. The hotel itself is great. Breakfast was really good, wide choice and fresh eggs to order. Even ran the night kitchen, which was perfect as I checked in at 1 am.

One of the nicest people I met here start with the Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping who take extra care for their guests in this pendamic in all the possible way. I stayed here for 10 days 9 nights and i enjoyed thoroughly, the hygiene level was excellent, food was amazing all the time with too many options. The taste was awesome. I would like to thank specially Chef S Malla, the senior GSA Biswajit and the entire team of kitchen who made me feel homely all the time when I go for breakfast. Even i was served my choice of items with lots of love. I would like to come again with my family. I highly recommend this lovely place to all the people who plan to visit Hyderabad. Guys I found value for money though it was sponsored by my Company. Thanks !!! 😊
