Slightly belated review as the stay was in mid-July. Excellent property, very well maintained throughout. I was actually a long-stayer here back in 2009, and it was great to see the experience holding up just as well all these years later. Special mention to the team: Ravi Pillai at the concierge desk was exceptional; Along with Subbarao and Padmashri. They were all fabulous and made the stay feel personal. I also had a lovely experience at Vayu at CY Marriott, where Riri was warm and attentive. A couple of very minor points: F&B service was a touch slower than expected — getting a table cleared or getting service took a little longer than usual, though this was likely down to the weekend rush. Also, my amenity points for my Platinum stay weren't credited, due to some Bonvoy rule — if they had informed me at check-in, I would chosen a different amenity instead. So just a small suggestion for the front desk to flag this proactively in future. None of this takes away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay, and I'll continue to choose this property whenever I'm in Hyderabad.

Had a fantastic stay at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre, where hospitality truly stands out. From check-in to check-out, the entire team made us feel welcomed and well cared for. A special thanks to Abhishek from the Front Office and Nandita for their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. The food across the hotel was excellent, with Bidri being a particular highlight for its exceptional flavours and dining experience. The staff at the coffee shop and other restaurants were equally attentive and friendly, making every meal enjoyable. My husband and I also experienced the spa, which was clean, professional, relaxing, and delivered the luxury experience one would expect from a Marriott property. The gym is well-equipped, spacious, and perfect for maintaining a fitness routine while travelling. What truly makes this hotel special is its people. Great food, excellent facilities, and a team that consistently goes the extra mile. Incredible hospitality and a memorable stay—we look forward to returning.
