Executel Greenlands

It is not a hotel but a service apartment.I had a terrible experience since i found a stranger sleeping on my bed amidst all my belongings when i returned to my room in the night. On inquiry he said that he was given the key by the reception and nobody accompanied him to his allotted room.My number was 1201 where as his key was for 1202.He was able to open my room with that key.Later on it was proved that both the keys would open both the rooms.Further on my room door the room no was 120 with 1 missing. When i complained to the reception they took it cool.I checked out next day though i was to stay for two more days and payment was made on line. They harassed me a lot for refund of the two balance days and after great follow up i got the refund.I have lodged a written complaint with the reception.
