Mandava Suites

I visited this hotel in October 2019, it was a decent place to stay. Everything you need is available. It was clean, the furniture was well organized and the water heater was working very well too. I recommend this for international and foreigners who are travelling around Hyderabad. But, it was a bit difficult to arrive I had to take a cab as it is a bit far from the main street.

This is with reference to my Booking ID: TRB-57827098712 I booked the hotel online based on the comments and the pictures posted online. However, when I checked in to the hotel room, it was very disappointing - nothing even close to the descriptions and the photos online. There were roaches, wall was damp with paint peeling off, bed is not tidy and stained, toilet flush was not working properly, even the main door lock was tampered and don't even look safe. We almost immediately stepped out and asked the receptionist to cancel our booking. As he asked us to contact online we also raised a complain online as well as spoke to the customer service executive at the phone number provided in the website. Clearly told the executive that we cannot stay there and asked him to cancel the booking and process our refund. Since we have not received the refund yet, contacting to check the status. Please respond ASAP on the status of our refund.

Worst service ever ! Staff us pathetic. Lady at the reception is a nightmare. The conversation with them is pointless and unnecessary. They don't make any sense with the way they speak. I really request please don’t even think of booking this hotel. You’ll be served paper plates instead of plastic plates to eat. Disgusting hotel service. I forgot my shoes and they denied to return it. How in the world they could even do this ?
