Had one of the worst experience in my life. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent, need to submit all ID's even 2 year child.I went with 24 member crew including 7 children and they have no consideration. Waited 30 minutes for booked 8 rooms in the late night. Rooms are worst quality. Electronic keys are not working properly. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would resettle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. No kettle, fridge are not working. Cat poop saw at hotel coridoor in the morning. The room filled with water through sliding windows due to rain. Very bad impression about the breakfast, boiled egg only option from rest of the food menu. Dont expect a friendly approach from food suppliers and cleaning staff. If anyone want a sleepless night, no problem of bugs then go for this hotel. Surprised how they certified 3 or 4 star hotel.

Excellent service best hotel to stay rooms neat and clean location is good value for money friendly staff buffet breakfast was very delicious next time I will stay with same hotel wood bridge grand highly recommendable hotel enjoyed my stay

It was great experience to stay there. Our stay was exceptional|! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. Great location and amenities...... Loved the hotel vibe... Also The breakfast buffet was funtastic.... The overall experience was good.....
