We stayed at Taj Agra for 2 nights on the half-board package and had such a lovely experience. The hospitality was honestly amazing. Our room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and you could tell everything was made fresh and served piping hot. A special mention to Mr. Prabhat (sorry if I’ve got your name slightly wrong!). He made sure everything was up to the highest standard and was so welcoming. On the day we checked out, he even offered to pack some bakery treats for us to take on our journey, which we thought was such a thoughtful gesture. Ankit also looked after us so well. He was incredibly attentive, showed us around, explained all the different food options, and made sure we’d tried everything. He was especially thoughtful with our children, always checking if they needed anything and happily accommodating any special requests. A big thank you to Chef Ravi as well. He made sure the food was always fresh, hot, and delicious, and it really showed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made it memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.

Had a great and relaxing stay! In the palato, Jumman was very sweet and cooperative. He really pampered us . On the breakfast, Ankit Verma and Suhita were very nice and responsive.
