Mandakini Kanpur

Worst experience in my life to choose mandakini hotel in kanpur.Poor customer service and hotel not hygienic at all. And food items provided by them are overrated. Front office of no use. Need to change their approach towards customer service. I have visited many places in recent past but I place Kashmir no 1 in serving the customers.

I was in kanpur for my business travel about 6 months back. Mandakini Hotel is situated at the heart of the city and is approachable as ola and even auto walas knows very well where it is. The room were clean and tidy, room service has good options for in room dining.

At Hotel Mndakini, I had stayed with some work. My experience is very nice. Everything is great in this hotel. Hotel has recently been genetically modified. Room and wash room was clean. Hotel is in budget.
