Hotel Manglam

The size of the room and bathroom is ok, both fairly clean, the bed is very soft. A/c is not working well, water dripping in the room. WiFi quality ranges from very slow to useless. Sleep quality is very bad because of the noise from the street traffic day and night. Room service with food is ok.

Stayed for a night... staff was good an co-operative... room was quite ok in size.... bathroom size is ok. Cleanliness needs some work to do... Food quality is good... an average hotel to stay.. location is good...

The hotel was clean but there was a strong smell of mold as we entered the rooms. There was no towel for 2 nights in our stay of 3. The manager was the most unprofessional one we had ever come across. He would never be eager to help us with any questions but would only be watching tv even while talking to us. The best part was our room service guy, very courteous & helpful!! He made us feel at home & comfortable, he is the only reason we could stay there for 3 nights or we would have changed hotels the first night. The owner should definitely fire this manager & hire a professional one if he wants better business in his hotel!!!
