Bad Experience rude Staff no Proper Service, we have Informed the Duty manager Mr Himanshu for Luggage after waiting for 15-20 Minutes he said we have no Staff mene bol diya hai aa jeyaga,,, they Do not have proper management and Staff issue is their along with the Manager

I had come to celebrate my birthday with my friends. Miss Khushi Yadav welcomed me so humble and took good care of me. She spoke to me very nicely and helped me in selecting food. Thank you ramada.

Thank you Khushi, for serving us well at every single meal. Overall the staff here is extremely helpful and facilities clean. I would definitely stay here again.
