Shagun Palace Hotel was a decent place to stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained too. I think the service needs to be improved as it was not proactive and slow too from management side...

The staff of this hotel are lazy. Despite repeated reminders they were not ready to clean their super deluxe room. Cupboards we're duty...and there insects roaming in the room. You have to ask for...
