We went for Dinner in this hotel the staff was polite and helpful, specially Pankaj Singh the location was convenient.

A wonderfully maintained property at the heart of har ki pauri Haridwar. Hotel takes care of its guest with warmth and personalised service. Beautiful view of Ganga ghat from each floor. Their Ganga arti arrangement is an awesome experience The dining room steals the show - limited but lovely authentic meals served hot on your table. Excellent hospitality by Bittoo and Ankit at the dining hall. Great job by Ekta Pankaj Anurag and Vinod and Vikas at front office / Rikshaw and Har ki pauri. Hope they maintain this always and good luck. Must visit place for tourist

Ankit, Bittu, Manan, Rahul, chef Gaurav and chef Dinesh, Nandini, Aditi, Pankaj- we had great service from these staff members not excluding any members that we haven’t met but place is amazing and within walking distance from the ghat where the gangs aarti is done. Overall great service and highly recommend everyone that like to visit Haridwar!!!
