I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The management appears to prioritize cost-cutting over guest comfort. The service was below expectations, with staff being neither attentive nor welcoming. The overall maintenance and facilities did not justify the price charged. There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail, which affected the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a comfortable stay.

Except location of hotel, everything was very good. The staff, room, buffet and all other amenities were very good. Hotel is located near the MALL road and is walking distance of 10 minutes from DARJEELING TOY TRAIN station.
