It is an average hotel, staff doesn't seem to be professional especially the front office. They missed my wake-up call twice. Had I not set my own alarm I could have lost my flight. Though hk staff is courteous. The room tariff seems to be way high in comparison to their room condition. Their breakfast area seems completely dead. Ambience is worst, there is no music, very limited options. I would not say that this is a good option.

This was an extremely disturbing and unacceptable stay. The room was completely unhygienic, with a horrible, persistent odor that made it difficult to remain inside. There were rats present in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious health and safety concerns. The sanitation facilities were extremely poor, with only a bucket provided, and the bathroom conditions were such that bathing was not possible. Due to the filth and smell, rest was nearly impossible. Overall, this hotel does not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or hygiene. I would strongly advise against staying here.

This is a 2 star hotel by Western standards. Room was dirty and dingy. Breakfast restaurant had no windows and was depressing atmosphere. Good wasn't very good. I would never stay here again.
