MAYUR RESIDENCY

This was my third visit and the hote has detoriated to worst level... beware to pay advance as the reception will make u feel as if u r a thief on the run... after a hard days of work..when u enter they will neither smile nor offer u a glass of water... they will straight away ask u to make advance payments...very bad and unprofessional people... worst staff... worst management... just beware... dont spoil ur visit by opting this hotel... you will regret...

We checked in to this property from 11.12.2018 to 13.12.2018 and were staying in room No:357. The Reception staffs were quite helpful and the check in was quite smooth. The room was a smaller one as compared to other properties in the locality at that price of appx. Rs.4200.00 a day. The inside room provisions are as per a 3 star property standards with clean bedsheets and towels and with all basic amenities in the washroom. The worst part in this property is their complimentary breakfast where you need to compromise on lot many things. The spread was limited to only 3 varieties along with bread, butter & jam.The taste was also not up to the mark.Being a veg. hotel the menu prices of all the items are quite at a higher side... The only best advantages with this property is the location as its situated in close proximity to all the important places in town.

This Hotel is definitely not a 3star hotel. Hotel has very basic Amenities.Room are very small. Food is not that great. Break fast is very basic. They d'nt even have Honey so you can imagine how basic is breakfast. Staff is sweet and friendly.Only Good thing about this place apart from staff is the location. This Hotel is centrally located. Nearest metro station is Esplanade.
