We stayed here as a couple for 5 days, and everything was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Honestly, there is nothing we could complain about. We stayed in Villa No. 3, which I highly recommend for couples looking for privacy and a peaceful stay. Having our own private pool made the experience even more special and relaxing. A special thank you to Nickson Buendicho, Guest Relations Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and personal attention. I would also like to thank every member of the staff we met during our stay from August 18–23. Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and made us feel very welcome. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would happily come back again!

Chapung Sebali was an absolute joy! It is so thoughtfully designed & attention is paid to every detail. The staff are so kind & helpful & nothing is too much trouble. The service is outstanding & the resort is so beautiful. Feels like a slice of heaven away from the hustle of Ubud. The rooms were spacious & beautifully designed, the pool is very big & nestled in the jungle so you relax to the chorus of birds & insects. The icing on the cake is the food - everything was delicious & very reasonably priced for the quality. Breakfast is a la carte with a small buffet. Lots of options, but the brekkie burrito was to die for. Incredible pastries too. This is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever been to as it feels like a home away from home, but with exceptional food & service. Thanks to all the staff for an incredible stay!
