NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE!!!! Because it was cheap we used it for a few hours to store our luggage, have a rest and shower before our late flight out. Bad mistake!! We felt so unsafe there that we didn’t want to leave our luggage, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting so we didn’t shower and when we left the room we had to leave the key at the front desk. When we returned our keys were still on the desk with no security. Anyone could’ve grabbed them and known which room to enter. There were some very questionable people staying there too with some very questionable visitors. Do not stay here, the price is not worth it.

The price quality ratio is good (spacey rooms, clean pool) for 300 k rupiah / night. Central place in Kuta, quiet. but plan for refusal for anything else you need or ask: The Hotel will not keep your luggage while waiting for your plane after you checked out, one night deposit that you can only recover upon departure. They will NOT place phone call for you for any rental or booking! Well... NO service at all, not customer minded.

Owner watches cameras 24 /7. Won’t allow us to take our own key when out shopping. When going to retrieve the key the owner and staff come out with the key before ringing the bell. Staff go into your room and turn off the aircon and unplugs all Charging devices when you are out of the room. Charge Rp $50,000 = $50 AUD. All security for the owners own voyeurism. Not for guests. Will not store bags prior to airport pick up after checkout. Cleaning and gardening staff dementors very downtrodden. Not worth even 1 star.
