The Beverly Hills Bali a Luxury Villas & Spa

This complex has been my home for the past year! I can only thank the local people who work here very much! Reception, the whole staff, golden people! Now, the most important thing! Living in this compound is not safe! And your life in it could very quickly become hell, because of the Russian manager and the Russian manager of this complex! The first six months of my life here, were great, with very kind and fond memories! Lived together and everything was fine! Until they changed the Russian manager! In the other half of my life, I was faced with two very serious and dangerous situations... 1. In a nearby villa, for a long time, inhabited inadequate neighbors who constantly drank, listened loudly at night to music, yelled, sang, and went very far! One night, they were so grossly inadequate that they walked around the grounds naked, and tried to come to my villa with threats, as I did not repeatedly ask them to be so quiet ... The Russian leadership was told that if this happened again, they would be evicted, but it was repeated regularly, no one was evicted, covered up situations, did nothing, except, as they told me, we could move you to another villa! 2. Because I was feeding the street dogs (throughout this year) that live on our property, I had a conflict with a neighbor who was against this feeding! In the first situation, she verbally abused me, humiliated me, and threatened me! I reported this situation to the Russian manager, it was not given any importance! And then 3 weeks later, she started insulting me again, humiliating me, she was already into action! She beat me up, took my phone (as I started filming her so I could have proof). The Russian manager said it wasn't his problem, you figure it out, and the manager didn't even contact me after this accident! I had to go to the police and the hospital! Despite all this, I would unequivocally recommend this complex, and continue to live in it myself (unfortunately, after these situations, I have to leave my beloved home), but only after the Russian manager and Russian manager of the complex have changed! Because of the complex's lack of money, it's easier for them to mine all these situations than to evict inadequate people...

Visited the Beverley Hills Bali as a surprise break. On first arrival, the entrance from the road side is a little underwhelming, but the villa and staff are amazing once you enter! We had a great time, the villa was cleaned spotlessly daily, the villa staff were very helpful by assisting us plan daily activities including visiting the waterfalls and recommendations for local restaurants. I would love to stay here again and think it would work well for both couples and families. It's in a good location to visit Jimbaran and eat fresh seafood. I would have gladly also just stayed on site as the pool, swinging chair, yoga area and gardens provided a great setting to relax and decompress. Finally, the villa staff organised a masuese for an extra cost to visit our villa, her name is Poni and she was amazing. I would highly recommend her, in fact we used her services twice! Go and stay here, you won't regret it.

During the summer, I made a reservation at this hotel. After a long trip, the staff informed me that they couldn't find our reservation. We spent three hours at reception trying to find a solution, but to no avail. Eventually we were offered an emergency room to save the situation, however, the smell of damp was simply unbearable. Additionally, Booking.com offered us an alternative, but they refused to refund our reservation, deeming our choice too expensive for their tastes. This is a lack of consideration, professionalism and tact towards their customers. They do not honor their reservations and do not issue refunds when they make mistakes!
