C-Brity Villa Canggu

We stayed with the group at the 2 bedroom villa to celebrate my birthday Their staff and Manager (forgot his name) was lovely and friendly, willing to help anytime Breakfast was good , even we could not cook well in the villa, they help to made some foods on their kitchen The only things that need to improve is their cleanliness

The villa was dirty,there were ants nests in the curtains,spider webs,bugs,and much more.In one room when the toilet was flushed it flooded the floor.The pool was green,there was NO toilet paper and they had to go and buy some. I do not recommend this villa.The man at the desk had no record of our booking and appeared to not understand that we had one.There were no pillow cases on the pillows and it appeared as though no one had been at the villa for months.We opened the fridge and it had a bad odor.We booked through booking.com and it advertised as a 4 bedroom villa but it was a 3 bedroom only and we had to find another bedroom.The villa appeared as though no one had stayed there for months and it appeared the sheets were not changed in that time.we slept on top and left the next day. No one spoke English and would not accept credit card

We went there and checked in but was greeted by ants which were all over the place and in some rooms. We weren't happy and asked them to clean the room. Before check in should have check that all pests have been cleared. Rooms and toilet doors were faulty. Some doors were broken, sliding doors can't lock fully but only latched up. Pool is clean but pool floor is dirty and there's stones. Water pressure for taps and showers was low, couldn't fill up a bathtub fast. Internet was disconnected and when I called the front desk, the guy didn't know how to solve it and asked me to try the next day. I paid for villa with WiFi and we weren't given the WiFi. When asked , should not have said wait till next day. 2nd night there was blackout at 5 plus in the morning, took them 3 hours plus to get it restored. Very bad response, no sense of responsibility and urgency. We were left without air con and all they can do is said sorry, had to sleep feeling hot. Wanted to move out but guy in charge said we Could not get a refund. We wouldn't have asked for refund had the blackout had not happened. Reason given was unacceptable. Service was good but no restaurant. Since 2014 no restaurant. Wouldn't come here anymore, this place lost us as their guests.
