AYANA Resort and Spa

Cons: - We were disappointed considering the price. Many parts of the hotel were somewhat dated. - The food and drink was super expensive compared to other five star hotels in Bali. - There are no trams to the exit of the hotel so you don't get off easy. - Seemed to be mainly aimed at Chinese customers. - At the reception I was referred to the app with some questions. For the price I expected a more personal approach. - sharp edges in the pool, loose tile found and the children's pool was very slippery. - in rimba wax was not a closed shallow end for the children, but the outer edge was shallow. Children could easily step into the deep end. - no lifeguards - slides only from 5 years - breakfast was very busy and not very restful. - the massages are super expensive. Pros: - The staff is super super friendly. Compliments to the staff of toge, rock bar (Oka) , kids club, kobu beach and at the show and the Skybar at rimba. - You do not have to leave the resort. You can pick up a different pool or restaurant every time. - The trams are super well arranged. They come quickly and the drivers help well. - The food is good! - After an accident we immediately received a message from the management and a treat. They also tried very hard to make it to our liking. They then offered us a late check-out. This was very nice. - The forest pool of the wana hotel was our favorite. Quiet and a small enclosed bath for the children. - You can spot monkeys around the hotel. - The amazing playgrounds that are brand new. - At the slides they have soft tiles. - the location at Kubu beach is so beautiful. Beautiful views from the cliff and light blue water. - the show they have and the food was really great! - the kids of 1 and 3 got free breakfast.

We had our wedding at SKY Ayana and stayed at the hotel for a few days with our family as well. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and generous throughout our stay, and they played a big part in making our wedding preparations much smoother and less stressful. Our stay was equally pleasant — the team went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are grateful to the entire team for helping make such an important occasion even more memorable.

We stayed here with our friends and Family for 2 Nights the stay was just memorable and appreciate the Hospitality, Service, Food , and the Always Laughing n cooperative Staff . We would like to stay again as 2 Nights is short to Explore this Amazing property 🏖️👍
