J. Lestari Hotel

My family and I have stayed here many times, over the past few years but since the virus they have out so many staff, lowered the prices and the standards, grass was so bhi around the pool it was green, kitchen bar not open. They need customers, and they need help before I will be back

On arrival the room was not cleaned, there was human poo all over the toilet and yellow stains on bed sheets !! Absolutley disgusting. When looking into pool it had green slime on walls I reported the room to reception and the man was rude and not helpful at all. We did not stay and asked for refund but was told no refund

Stayed for 4N5D in this hotel and booked 5 rooms. We had a very unpleasant experience in this hotel which includes : 1. Two of the room had a clogged closet and a very stinky toilet 2. The bedsheet looks as if it never been washed for years 3. The towel is very dirty, we had to use our own towel as the provided towel is disgusting 4. We have requested to the hotel management to prepare the breakfast menu the night before as we have to go out early in the morning, however there was no response from the management the next morning. 5. The hotel only provides fried rice and fried noodle for breakfast, and they mentioned there were no other options while we saw some other foreign guest was served a bakery breakfast
