AP Inn & Apartment

For the price could not expect 5 Star. Cleaning staff need a good supervisor. Friendly staff. Very central in Kuta. We had a superior suite but friends in the double rooms said they were to small and e bit mouldy.Otherwise quiet OK.

Staff are nice but rats are everywhere, place is run down. The water stinks and our apartment had rust cracks and stained sheets. There was a toilet roll behind the door when we got here and it’s still there six days later so cleaning carefully isn’t high on house keepings list. Our expectations weren’t high but really guys??? Towels with holes in them as well. Breakfast was very average. Hard to get a clean cup!!!! We got to view the apartments literally next door with the same name as the wifi so surely must be owned by the same company??? and they were flawless and for the same price. Even the apartment numbers were the same make as ours. Our master bedroom is on the walk way so no privacy at night and all you can hear while you try to sleep are other guests going too and from. All the apartments seem to be like this. Hold your nose at the apartment entry where the lift is. It stinks there too. You have to walk down the road and around the corner to get to the pool which closes at 830pm every night so forget unwinding in the pool. I wouldn’t stay again. They claim to be high class and luxury but are anything but. Apparently there is tea and coffee making facilities in our apartment but those didn’t exist and we had one glass!!!! Safe instructions wrong. Apparently room service but no menu in the room. The place is run down. It met our basic needs of a bed to sleep in at night but that’s it. Could have paid the same for next door and got quality. If it’s one thing we have learnt it’s that photos online for a place lie, because the images on their website don’t match the reality at all. This was another stay booked with Flight Center. I won’t be booking through them again. Their Singapore apartment lacked too.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in August.It was very spacious with a large lounge and dining room.It is a great place to stay.Close to Legian street for shopping and night clubs and walking distance to the Kuta beach and shopping in Poppies lane 1 and 2.Very friendly staff.Looking forward to my next holiday.Would definitely say there again.
