There are signs stating swim at your own risk.The path from the resort to the beach is also covered in rubbish, making the walk unpleasant and nothing like what is advertised. The dinner that is included in the all inclusive is entree size. The menu never changes. We had dinner there and three of the 4 meals came out out and we had finished our dinner and the fourth meal still hadn't come out. When it did come out because they had to rush it the chicken wasn't cooked properly. Great restaurant. Don't eat at the Palms Do they think this is 5 star. I would rather eat Maccas. This is absolutely not a five‑star resort. If you’re considering the “all‑inclusive” package, double‑check every detail because it is definitely not truly all‑inclusive. The resort is in the middle of nowhere, and you’ll need to rely on taxis just to get anywhere worthwhile. You’re far better off booking a resort closer to Kuta central where you can actually enjoy the area without constant transport hassles. Overall, extremely disappointing and not worth the money. There are plenty of better accommodation around Kuta

One of the worst experiences ever in an alleged five-star resort. It's really hard to understand how this property can be called a five-star hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing in every respect. Customer service is practically non-existent: the staff has proved unprepared, disinterested and unable to handle any request with professionalism. Every problem seemed like a nuisance rather than an opportunity to offer assistance. No one has ever taken responsibility for resolving the criticisms. Communication was another huge problem. In an international destination like Bali, it is unacceptable that most of the staff are unable to hold a basic conversation in English. This made it impossible to explain problems, make requests or receive correct information, creating constant misunderstandings and a huge level of frustration. The cleanliness of the rooms was probably the most serious aspect. The hygiene standards are far from what is expected from a five-star: dirty room on arrival, obvious dust, neglected bathroom, impeccable linen and a general feeling of poor care and maintenance. It is unacceptable to pay high amounts to find yourself in similar conditions. The overall maintenance of the structure also leaves much to be desired, with neglected details that convey a strong sense of abandonment. The whole experience was characterized by disorganization, superficiality and total absence of attention to the guests. For the asking price, the value for money is just bad. There are many facilities in Bali that offer an infinitely higher service at lower cost. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. If you are looking for an authentic five-star experience, professionalism, impeccable cleanliness and service that meets expectations, choose another property. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
