Stayed here for 1 night. Got a room on the 2nd floor just in front of the stairway from the ground lobby. At 11pm a front desk staff started printing something using dot matrix printer which sounded horibly loud and disturbing. He kept going until 12 and i complained only to be explained that he was printing a report. Afterward he carried on. Finally at 1am i asked to be moved to other room. Packing to move room at 1am. To make my evening worse, the ac in the new room was not working properly.. very unprofessional staff and management. Doesn't care about guests' convenience

I just came here to have meeting, before I start the meeting, I just went to the toilet. The toilet is so dirty, I found like someone pee and didn't flush, the smell inside the toilet is worst :( But, the lounge is okay if you want to had meeting here with your colleague

Very good location if you have vehicle, and the room in front of the pool is a very unique, but the breakfast is terrible you better go to the besides of the hotel there is a supermarket that sells japanese food.
