Where do you start . Day 1 - hotel reception rang my room 4 times Day 2/ only rang room twice after explaining I wish to be left alone Day2/ European breakfast not edible Pool looks dirty have not seen anyone clean Day3/ cleaned room but very dirty still . Fresh towels smelt unclean . No detail in cleaning . Marks to glass and walls in toilet. My bare feet are dirty after walking on clean floor . Day4/ disturbed at 8.30pm when asleep asking if I wanted fresh towels At best this is a 1 star back packers hotel with low customer service On arrival I enquired about hotel transfer - I was quoted 500,000 IDR Then to find out it’s 300,000IDR I would not recommend this hotel to westerners If I could leave with a refund I would Stay away
