WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE IN SEMINYAK BALI! 7 Bidadari Boutique Hotel Hotel in Dalung, Kuta Utara, Indonesia My boyfriend and I have been staying here since November 27th, and from early on we have both been extremely sick. Constant coughing, struggling to breathe, and feeling worse every single day. We later noticed mold in the room, and in our experience that is what has been destroying our health. It’s now gotten so bad that I’m vomiting as well. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we’ve spent more money on doctors and hospital visits than actually going out and experiencing Bali. That alone says everything. As if the health situation wasn’t bad enough, the hotel has flooded twice. Not minor flooding water it was so high we couldn’t even reach the hotel at all. We were stranded and forced to sit in a McDonald’s all night until 7 AM The next day because we had nowhere else to go. We received absolutely no help, no guidance, and no concern from the staff. Nothing. When i called to ask for help and tell them how tried we were i got told to wait until 10am because (“the manager doesn’t start until 10) we were stranded from 11pm until 7am the next day. My boyfriends parents flew out to see us as we hadn’t seen them in a while, and they have been to bali so many times and they have never experienced this before either, they were on the bottom floor and we were on the top and while we were stranded during the flood their room flooded up to the bed (very deep water, you couldn’t even see the pool anymore) and there was only the security guard working at the time and poor guy was trying to sort everything out (he didn’t speak English that well) But they got moved to top floor which everyone on the bottom floor got moved to the top, anyway the next day they got very sick and the friends we made there that were also on the bottom floor got very sick as well it was horrible. And his parents were trying to ask to stay in their room later as they had a late flight and after everything that happened they still wanted $20 AUD to be payed just for them to stay a couple more hours after checkout. With the mold it looks like it’s known that they have it pretty bad, as half the rooms were getting renovated the whole time we were there, But even our friends got really sick and had to move and as soon as they moved they felt so much better. When i brought up that i was sick from the mold in the room, all we got told was that “they will check it out” and then nothing happened, they really don’t care about your health only money it’s so sad honestly. Throughout this entire ordeal, the staff have been dismissive and unhelpful. In fact, they often twist your words, so be extremely careful what you say around them. Instead of trying to help, it constantly feels like they are looking for ways to protect themselves or charge you more. This stay has been emotionally exhausting, stressful, and genuinely upsetting. We came here excited for a long holiday and instead we’re counting down the days until we can leave. From our experience, the staff do not care about guest wellbeing only money. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/5 Rooms More about the place- rooms are horrible, towels and bedding seem to have stains on them, WiFi is horrible hands down worst WiFi ever. Pool isn’t that clean and looks like they don’t test it (not sure if they do or don’t but since the floods they had to clean it twice and i didn’t notice them testing it) Air Conditioning leaks water whole time. Make you pay extra for beers and waters. location is not that good as it down a hill so in wet season it floods badly, not many stuff near by have to get a bike or car to get to places. Bathroom as a off smell. Nearby activities Cheap pizza place, pub 5 mins away, and a mart that’s it. Have to bike or get a car everywhere unless you want to walk on the dangerous roads. Quite a few dogs around aswell Safety Absolutely none. No safety precautions or anything LOL from being trapped outside during the flood and just being told to wait until 10am when we were both exhausted. So many people got sick from the flood. And it would have been so easy of someone to have slipped into the pool during the flood as you can’t see anything. Walkability ^said it before. Hardly anything. Like to add another note: I can only add 5 pictures for some reason but have heaps of photos and videos of this mess. Food and drinks DO NOT TOUCH THEIR MINI FRIDGE. money hungry. On top of everything, we were charged the equivalent of around $50 AUD for Bintang, which we only got 2 and they were trying to charge us for other peoples drinks as-well which felt like a complete slap in the face given everything we’ve endured. Our friends even got charged $300 AUD (200 american dollars) claiming that they had 15 bing tans, which it shouldn’t be that much. And when they told us that we “owed money” was after his parents just got in a taxi and was headed to the airport they waited until they left because they knew we were young and wouldn’t put up a fight well i am, this is disgusting coming to us because we are younger thinking we would just pass off money like it’s nothing so young people coming here be careful as well. Noteworthy details The Worst, Most Disgusting Hotel Experience of Our Lives we were supposed to be there from the 27th of November until the 24th of December, but i got so unwell in that room that i had to sit outside in the rain just to feel better and i couldn’t sleep it’s was so horrible and now i just have such bad cough it’s horrible. Had to go to a different place closer to hospital that’s how bad i was. MOLD CAN KILL! But im already feeling so much better in a day just got a cough. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here, and if you do DO NOT BRING CHILDREN OR ELDERLY. the Mold is a big issue that has gotten a 19 and 20 year old really unwell imagine how a child or elderly person would be 😞 I never write bad reviews. I’m a very understanding person and I know things can go wrong especially when travelling. But the way everything has been handled here is beyond ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable.

It was great first couple days then everything started to fall apart. There was rain and because of its location the rooms all got flooded up to 2 feet of water. Pool was covered completely above the level. No staff was there to make quick execution plan of action. I am sure this was not first. A lot of mold. Made great friends there but we were all in disbelief on how chill they were and talked about no compensation or rearranging accommodation to another location. Above all they wanted the 2 days it flooded paid to them rather than reconciliation the cause and keeping holiday makers safe. Front of the place was flooded up to 4 feet deep. Don’t even want to imagine what we were exposed to. A lot of mould in the rooms and the totally super charged on being trapped for bintangs. 10 bottles they charged 1 million. Totally not worth jeopardizing and risking health. Would never recommend to anyone to stay there.

Nice hotel. The rooms are the same as in the picture, the pool is nice and the staff is very helpful. Unfortunately there is no mini bar, you have to put it in the locker at the entrance. Cleaning is done every day and everything is clean.
