Umah Lu'ung Villa

I stay with my family 8 nights in this old resort. It was previously a resort but now you rent it as a villa and consist of 4 bedrooms each one separated and main building and a big pool. In spite of lizards, aunts and frogs that was expected because this villa located between forest and rice fields and old furniture’s and three AC of five were note working and located far away from ubud center, the view and the staff and the price was great . Therefore, I am highly recommending to stay in this resort if at least repair the not working AC. Me and my family enjoy the view and privacy provided by this villa

We don't generally return to the same place, but Umah Lu'ung is an exception. With only 4 or 5 villas, and buildings of such gracious design, along with a setting above beautiful tropical forest, the aesthetic of this place gives constant pleasure. We had it to ourselves this time and it felt like your own beautiful home. The villas are tasteful, huge, comfortable and have all you need and more. Breakfast is a delight, in a glorious space looking over the tree canopy. The pool is clean and not over chlorinated, and we spent lots of time in and beside it. Car ride into Ubud takes about 20 Minutes, and while Ubud has lots to offer, we were always glad to get 'home' to Umah Lu'ung and elected to spend a great deal of our time there. We tended to eat in Ubud as lunch and dinner not so convenient at the villas. Love this place!

Stay there with big groups family of ten,we booked whole villa 4 rooms. The area is very quiet,with paddies field and local neighborhood Its not a common hotel,with lobby or service,its just a villa like private house,with separate rooms. The view is amazing,with jungle view and sound of river,but not really recommend if you bring children under 5,because its slippery and cliff hazard. The rooms is big,old and fairly maintenance and only one rooms has the nicest view.most of the room view blocked by trees or plants The service is good,family oriented service. wifi everywhere,. Im booked directly by the villa management,with great price.cannot complain much with the price given Love the atmosphere,easy access to use all common area,such dinner room,library,pool or else Definitely need to hire a car or a bike to explore around ubud Over all,good accommodation Thank to all the staff there
