Abian Srama Hotel and Spa

Arriving at 7 p.m. to collect our room, the receptionist nonchalantly told us that there were no more rooms available. We therefore show him our reservation made 3 weeks previously but he explains to us that no rooms are available because 3 are unusable. No solution was offered to us nor any apology from the hotel with the only response being to look elsewhere. We tried to explain to him that the least we could have done was to warn us and cancel the reservation but the receptionist was already no longer listening to us as he was simply sitting behind his desk. The scene does not end there since a person then arrives to collect a room (reserved 3 days in advance so why cancel ours in order to continue taking reservations if there are no more rooms available? ) but once again the receptionist unable to find this reservation or a solution. Then two other people arrived to ask for at least clean sheets given how dirty the room was. They explain to us the state of the room with dirty sheets and mold. Finally, the hotel seems to have given us a gift by offering us the impossibility of staying in this hotel which is extremely clean and has non-existent service.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked for 4 nights and after being there for 1 hour we left. Don’t be intrigued by the cheap prices. Feels like you should be paid to be there. Absolutely disgusting rooms, toothpaste marks in the sinks and filthy toilet. Clear it wasn’t cleaned from previous guest. It’s a shame because it could be a nice place if the owners spent some money on good cleaners and new beds/fresh coat of paint. Not worth it, don’t come here.

DO NOT STAY HERE, we went for our breakfast on our last day I returned to our room that we locked and I had my cash stolen which I had taken out for a boat and taxi to Nusa penida. Told reception and they ‘couldn’t understand’ just saying no one had been in my room.
