Bali Swiss Villa

We stayed in Swiss- Bellvillas Umala, Seminyak from 26 Dec to 30 Dec 2025. There were lot of issues like the main door not locking and in the last day there was no water. The icing on the cake was that someone stole our bag which had all woolens and shoes from the villa. On reporting to the staff, they did not show any concern.

Normally I don’t like to complain about any holiday but this time I really experienced bad service or no service at all. I did make a booking for Bali Swiss Villa in Seminyak for 2 nights, January 17 until 19. When I arrived on 17th. the villa was overbooked. The frontdesk employees let me speak with the management by telephone to explain the situation. The management of Bali Swiss Villa did not show up at the frontdesk to make an apology. This is very unsatisfying as I am a guest. When the villa is handling situations like this, they don’t understand anything about hospitality. Now they just give a feeling as if they just don’t care about their guests. They moved me to other villa in Legian. The accommodation was old and outdated and did not match with my expectations of the villa I did book. Though the staff at this villa was very friendly and did their best. As compensation Bali Swiss Vill offered 1 free dinner. This is a very poor show. 1. the management did not show up to make apology. 2. the management did not make any apology at all. 3. the other villa did not meet the same or better standards. 4. the other villa was in Legian not in Seminyak. 5. the only compensation given was 1 free dinner.

It was on renovation during my visit. They didnt give us any information regarding to this. The water smell so bad. Sometime the hot water doesnt work. I supposed to stay there for 2 nights, but I checked out after the first night. We cant sleep, because of the noises from the mouses on the ceiling.
