Unfortunately, our experience with this accommodation was extremely disappointing. Just before our scheduled arrival, our booking was cancelled due to a double booking on the property's end. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. The accommodation asked me to cancel the booking myself and simply trust that they would issue a refund. I wasn't comfortable doing that, so I contacted Booking.com directly. They advised that because the cancellation was the accommodation's fault, they would handle the cancellation themselves. They also informed me that the accommodation had not even notified them about the double booking. The accommodation did offer us alternative accommodation; however, it was not comparable to what we had originally booked. Instead of a single property, they offered two separate villas next to each other in an entirely different location, which was not suitable for our group or the trip we had planned. We were told the refund would be processed within 15 business days. It has now been 20 business days, and after following up with Booking.com, I was informed that the accommodation never completed the refund. Booking.com has now had to give them a further five days to process it. What should have been a straightforward resolution has turned into an unnecessary and stressful ordeal. Between the last-minute cancellation, poor communication, and ongoing delays in receiving our refund, the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Based on how this situation was handled, I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed at this villa for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The pool area is lovely and quiet, with 7 sun loungers available. The aesthetic of the accommodation is very modern and looks lovely. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants directly outside. The rooms are cleaned daily and are immaculate. The only thing is that we wished there was a hair dryer in the villa but this was a minor thing. The WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Toiletries, towels, coffee and tea sachets and unlimited bottled drinking water were also provided which was brilliant. We had no issues at this villa and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Legian. Thank you so much to the staff for making our experience amazing.

These villas are located just off the main street of Legian so very close to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Even though it is close to the action it is very quiet at night. Very safe, there are reception staff during the day and security at night. We stayed in one of the 3 BR villas and it was very comfortable and had everything we needed including A/C, cooking facilities, pool towels, regular towels and drinking water. The beds were great. The pool is clean and the open plan makes it easy to relax around the pool and enjoy a drink. The villa is run by a family who live next door, they don't intrude but are there if you need them. I communicated several times with Feby before we arrived and she was so helpful with my questions and organised a driver for our day trip to Ubud. There is a mini mart just out the front and a pharmacy next door to that so it is a great location. It is a short walk to the beach or to Garlic Lane for shopping. Highly recommended.
