The rooms are very small for the pool view but that's ok and comfortable. But careful crabs crawl along the washroom so do not sit longer in the washroom. The pool is super fantastic and a very nice view to enjoy in the evening with a cup of Tea ☕. Parking is spacious for a car though it's on the Main road 🛣️. Service is super fantastic they are always available if you need anything. I had also asked for an extra blanket. Soap and Shampoo 🧴 is provided We booked with breakfast but there was no breakfast available there However they do provide Hot Tea without Milk, ☕ Hot Coffee, Hot Water to drink.

Nobody speak English, really difficult do anything. We spend to long to do can checking in, and when we finally got it , we arrive to the room and the bathroom was not clean, look like someone just had a shower, the bath mat was use, body’s hair everywhere, dirty bed, the towels horribles, the breakfast also.

Booked 2 nights here as a transit hotel between Ubud and catching a boat to Lembongan. On check in we were made to pay in full and also give a 100,000 deposit for the plastic keycard. On getting into the room we were shocked to find it was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. Our room had no windows (208), the door handle and lock was temperamental. On close inspection it had been forced open at some point and broke the lock. The room was small and the bedding, towels and bathroom curtains had stains on them. The fuse box in the room made aloud buzzing noise. The room was not clean, the shower dirty and fridge broken. We did a full day tour the next day and on returning to the hotel we asked to check out a day early as we didn't feel safe. Initially I was told no we were not allowed to check out after 12 midday (it was 4pm), I told the staff that we had paid for both nights and I just wanted my 100,000 deposit back for the returned keycard. I had 3 members of staff arguing with me insisting I pay again. It was very intimidating and upsetting. I showed them the proof of payment and after a heated discussion got the deposit back. I would recommend not staying here, it was truly awful!
