Great short stay in spacious family room pre departure. Small pool area nice and shady in the late afternoon. Exceptionally clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed and air con worked well and appreciated the early check in. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating. We felt very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Also loved the location for last minute shopping, waterbomb, great restaurants and Carla spa directly next door for our spa treatments. Diane shop next door also for pop pops for the kids.

Located between Discovery Mall and Lippo Mall Kuta, the hotel is very conveniently located with restaurants, laundry and massage parlors nearby. I was relieved that the response was quick when I contacted them by email before I left. The lady at reception was a lovely friendly person with a smile. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the room was ready before 14:00, so we were let through. Also, when I left my room with my key card, they responded to me very well. After checking out, I asked if I could use the shower and they were happy to agree. (In this case, towels are not lent. This time, I didn't use the shower room because of the schedule change.) The lobby is also open as a restaurant. We had breakfast there. Choose one of several sets. If you sit down, you will be served hot, freshly prepared food. I'm unexpectedly full. Unlike the buffet, I was relaxed and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. There was a big sofa, a big fridge, and a pool view with one desk and two chairs on the veranda. The bed had dog towel art and it was a wonderful work. There are no hangers in the room, it is better to bring your own. There is a large towel hanger on the veranda so you can put on a swimsuit or beach towel. Beach towels are placed in your room for the number of people and you will need to use a special one in your room as they are not rented by the pool. The deep sink bowl made it easy to use without splashing water. There was a toilet right behind me, so it felt small. The shower was moderately hot and the water was perfect. The dispenser with shampoo will not come out unless you push the button quite hard. Since there is no conditioner, it is better to prepare your own shampoo as it will make your hair squeaky if it is just this shampoo. The air conditioning worked pretty well and it was cold, so I turned it off. They seem to value the equipment because the air conditioner and the TV remote have covers. The safe required a slightly more complicated procedure. I could use it if I looked at the manual and followed it. Wi-Fi is unfortunately weak. There were times when it was quite late. The turndown of the room can't be done after 4pm, I asked at the last minute and made it, unfortunately I couldn't find the cute towel art. The pool is not particularly unique except for its cute panda figurines, but it was a good way to cool down after going out. We stayed two nights and it was a very relaxing and good hotel, I want to stay again.

Amazing place, room clean, staff chatty and lovely, pool beautiful, food wonderfully, can not faulty this renovated hotel. Love the decor on the beds everyday
