Kakiang Bungalows

Got a good deal online for this suite, which was delightful after a poor experience down the road. This suite has a coffee pod machine, free snacks and a wonderful separate bathroom. I highly recommend it. The front office staff need more customer service training,..seemed to be lots of sitting and not overly helpful. The 'cleaners/room service' staff were on the other hand delightful, even though they couldn't operate the coffee machine either. Bed hard as usual in Bali, and was the two single's pushed together which is a highly irritating feature of Balinese hotels. The spa was booked out so couldn't do that, but Jaens is down the road! Very near yoga barn! The attached bakery is just sensational. Would definitely return to this premier suite.

the hotel is connected to a nice bakery and patisserie, hence the title that your home where bread is nice cottages next to the pool large spacious rooms nice nice bathroom nice and always smiling service very good breakfasts we also used the spa we did massages - Recomended !

After being a local customer for years of the Kakiang Bakery, we were trying there new restaurant. Service is just sad, took forever, got it wrong,... Food is of a taste I am not familiar with. Egg mayonnaise baguette is a half open baguette with egg mayonnaise but completely covered in molten cheese... Very strange... Plus the hot cheese turned the mayonnaise bad... Nasi goreng we left unfinished, not that the taste was off but just strange. Plus the rice was totally overcooked and was one big sticky entity sitting there. Lunch for two was 200,000 IDR... Nope, not worth it.
