Excellent service and experience! Throughout our time here, the staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed here in Bali worry free! The airport lost our luggage, and the Ayu helped us find the right stores to tie us over until our bags arrived. She also offered to go back to the airport for us. On our last day, we had a couples massage with Satriani & Sumik, it was so relaxing!! We had a 1 hour massage, 30 minute scrub and 30 minute flower bath; we highly recommend!! This hotel is also pretty close to a lot of cool stuff but remote enough that you don’t get city noise which is nice! Overall, a wonderful experience!!

We spent a few days at Santi Mandala and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The resort is surrounded by nature, so it’s really peaceful and quiet. We stayed in the Luxury One Bedroom Villa with a private pool, and it was pretty much everything we were hoping for. Having our own pool and so much privacy made it the perfect place to just relax after exploring Java and Ubud area. The staff really made the difference. Everyone was kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Surya and Ayu, who took care of us during our stay and always made us feel at home. Their kindness is something we’ll definitely remember. We also tried the spa, and the massage was amazing. The food and cocktails were great too, and we enjoyed every meal we had there If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and experience real Balinese hospitality, I’d definitely recommend Santi Mandala. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special. We really hope to come back one day
