Suriwathi Beach Hotel

Hotel room cleaning has deteriorated. Towels old, grey. Bed linen pillow cases smelt. Beds are hard and when you ask for mattress protector/topper you get towels underneath. Staff are lovely, but prices have gone up room quality gone down. Connecting rooms are very noisy. Can hear people talking ,having sex etc. Not great.

Stayed in villa, towels were grey not white and had terrible smell. Bed linen had stains, power problems, their power board melted could have caused afire or something much worse. Breakfast an absolute disgrace, food was cold. I have been to Bali over 50 times and this would be one of the worst places.

Really enjoyed our stay in the deluxe rooms down the back near the pool. Rooms are cleaned everyday, bathroom is great with a stand alone shower. Breakfast is buffet and lots to choose room. We have already booked for August 2026
